Biography Paige Turco was born on May 17, 1965 in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a child, she showed some promise as a ballerina and intended on becoming a professional dancer. Paige performed with such notable dance companies as the New England Dance Conservatory and the Amherst Ballet Theater Company before an ankle injury terminated her dancing career at the age of 14.
She was forced to re-evaluate her career decision and focused on drama and musical comedies. Paige graduated from the University Of Connecticut with a degree in drama.
Paige landed her first soap opera part in 1987 as Dinah Morgan Mahler on the long-running soap opera "The Guiding Light". She saw the light and took a role as Melanie Courtlandt Rampal on daytime drama "All My Children" in 1988.
In 1989 Paige left soaps and tried her luck on the big screen, she starred in many movies including "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2", "The November Conspiracy" and "Vibrations" before landing a lead role as Gail Emory in Shaun Cassidy's controversial television series "American Gothic".
Paige starred in many independent films before landing a lead role in Wolfgang Petersen and Shaun Cassidy's television show "The Agency".
Paige Turco recently finished filming two new movies, "The Empath" and "Rhinoceros Eyes".
